Katie McClung is a third year medical student at Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California. Katie is anticipated to receive her medical doctorate in May 2023. Prior to medical school, Katie received her bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Southern California in 2014. Katie's role in this research project is co-investigator. She has served as research fellow at the USC Gehr Family Center for Health Systems Science and Innovation in 2020. As a result of her research fellowship, she was second author on a research paper investigating the disparities in utilization of telemedicine in primary care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her research interests are in quality improvement and health system innovation.
