Dr. Fleisch is Chief of the Division of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the UF College of Medicine and Director of UF Street Psychiatry, an outpatient consultation clinic providing psychiatric care to persons experiencing homelessness. From 2013-2020, Dr. Fleisch served as founding medical director of Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) Homeless Health Services and Street Psychiatry Programs. While at VUMC, Dr. Fleisch also served as director of the C-L Fellowship Program. Dr. Fleisch is interested in value-based healthcare, disaster behavioral health services, and combining informatics and policy to optimize the financial impact on hospitals to improve real-time clinical outcomes for vulnerable patients.
