Dr. Finn is the Vice Chair for Clinical Services and Medical Director at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Her clinical and research interests are in the areas of proactive consultation and emergency psychiatry. Additionally, she leads the telepsychiatry service at DHMC, and has an interest in leveraging telepsychiatry to provide psychiatric consultation in rural settings.
