Dr. Frances Hessel is a PGY-2 psychiatry resident at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Hessel attended Rice University, where she graduated cum laude with honors. Following her undergraduate studies, she received her M.D. degree at Baylor College of Medicine, where she was elected to The Gold Humanism Honor Society.
