Sarah Stinson is a resident physician in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut. She completed degrees in psychology and creative writing at UC Berkeley, and attended medical school at California Northstate University. She previously worked as a research coordinator studying smoking cessation interventions for people in San Francisco and rural Alaska with the Stanford Prevention Research Center. She is passionate about clinical research in areas of preventive medicine, palliative care, mental health of patients with serious medical illness, and addiction.
