Lisa Gelormini is a Licensed Independent Clinicial Social Worker and currently serves as one of the Regional Program Directors for the Collaborative Care Program at Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services. The Collaborative Care program is an integrated care model developed at the University of Washington that focuses on definded patient populations tracked in a registry and provides measurement - based practice and treatment to target. She received her undergraduate degree at Tufts University and her Masters in Social Work from Salem State University. She has worked with the Collaborative Care program since 2012 first as a collaborative care clinician and now as Regional Program Director since 2019.
