Nizelky C. Genao, M.S.W., P.M.P., I.T.I.L., is the Vice President of Strategic Planning, Innovation, and Integration at Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services (BILH BS). In this role, Ms. Genao leads cross-functional activities with executive and operational leaders to address and resolve key strategic challenges and develop a multi-year strategic vision and roadmap that delivers significant growth to the organization. She also leads system-wide operations and implementation efforts in support of BILH’s strategic initiative to expand behavioral health access to BILH patients. Ms. Genao develops pathways to combine behavioral health services/expertise within primary care settings using evidence-based models to reduce costs, increase the quality of care and transform the care delivery. Ms. Genao provides operational, consultative and advisory services to BILH's system leaders to organize, implement, operate, and measure the impact of high-priority integration initiatives from a clinical and business perspective. BILH is a health system in Eastern Massachusetts, and is the second largest employer in the state.
