Narinder is a successful entrepreneur and executive focused on using technology and artificial intelligence to improve medical care and patient experience. He is currently CEO and co-founder of LookDeep Health.
Prior he was one of the founders of Appirio and remained on its board of directors through its acquisition by Wipro. At the company he was the President of topcoder (a division of the company), a crowdsourcing design, development and data science community of over one million members. In addition, he led strategy, R&D, and product marketing. Narinder helped bootstrap the company and subsequently raise over $110 million from Sequoia Capital, GGV, General Atlantic, Fidelity and salesforce.com. Prior to Appirio, Narinder worked at SAP in the Office of the CEO; at webMethods as a GM and R&D leader of BPM / Workflow; and at Accenture’s Center for Strategic Technology.
Narinder has been recognized for leadership in the New York Times, named one of San Francisco Business Times 40 under 40, and appeared on CNN, C-Span and the Daily Show. He has represented Appirio at the World Economic Forum and testified before the House Science Committee on Innovation.
He holds a BS from Northwestern, an MBA from Wharton and a Masters in Translational Medicine from UCSF and Berkeley. Narinder serves on the board of the non profit Sikh Coalition and PAR Technologies (NYSE:PAR).
