I am a 3rd year PhD student who is working on medical image analysis advised by Dr.Ipek Oguz at Vanderbilt University. The research area is finding novel deep learning solutions to medical image analyzing problems including noise reduction, semantic segmentation and disease classification. Currently, I am doing a part-time internship at LookDeep advised by Dr.Michael Choma. The major work is analyzing the temporal data from hospitals and provide intuitive visualization.
