UW Maternal-Child Mental Health Program Student Assistant

Alexa Yadama is a second year MPH student at the University of Washington within the Epidemiology Department. Ms. Yadama has been with the Maternal Child Mental Health Program since May 2021 and assist with various activities and series that are working to transform perinatal mental health and substance use care delivery systems. In this role she evaluates how more access to perinatal health can be more equitable and accessible. Prior to her work with this program, she graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelors of science in environmental health and has conducted research in occupational science and policy.
