Please note:
  • Only the presenting author can request changes
  • The new presenting author must already be on the author list
  • The new presenting author will be moved to the first position in the author list and no other changes to the order of authors will be made
  • All correspondence related to the poster presentation will go to the presenting author only

ONSITE

Poster boards will be 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall; pins will be provided. Disclosure statement forms will be mounted on each poster board. All poster presenters are required to complete the form even if there is nothing to disclose. The completed form must be mounted on the top left corner of the poster board. A member of the Standards & Ethics Subcommittee will be present to ensure that all presenters comply.

Presenting authors are required to personally attend their poster for the duration of the poster session. You will have the opportunity to mingle with your peers at the Welcome Reception after the poster session.

Set-up, break-down and poster session times will be coming soon.

COMPETITION

If you wish for your poster to be included in judging for the best poster awards, your final poster must be uploaded to ACLP's online ePosters gallery no later than October 16. Posters uploaded after this date will not be included in competition. Instructions on how to upload your poster will be provided in early October.

If you are not entering your poster into competition, plan to upload it in PDF format to ACLP's ePosters section by October 31.
