Essentials of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry
This year's half-day Essentials of C-L Psychiatry course is scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, November 9, from 8 AM to 12 NOON.
The presentation of this course is free to members who also register for the annual meeting (please remember to add the course to your meeting registration and ensure availability).
The 2022 course repeats the successful and well-received format introduced in 2014 by featuring an expanded syllabus and a broad range of talented speakers. This half-day course (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) presents up-to-date, focused talks on nine topics that are common to Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrists. Areas of interest and need were collected from previous year's Essentials courses and combined with important emerging areas of focus. Each 30-minute segment will include a review of essential information along with updates of recent advances in the evidence base.

Fundamentals of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry
The Fundamentals of C-L Psychiatry course is designed to introduce new practitioners to the field of C-L Psychiatry. The course has a revolving list of topics, covering about five topics per year, with the goal of covering most of the basics over a 3-year cycle.
