National White Collar Crime Center
Matt Osteen is the General Counsel for the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Richmond, VA, dedicated to providing financial and high-tech crime training and technical assistance to law enforcement. Matt is a subject matter expert on topics related to digital evidence, financial crime, intellectual property theft, and collecting data held by third-party. He develops curriculum for NW3C’s Judges and Prosecutors courses while teaching state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers and prosecutors. Before joining NW3C, Matt worked in the General Counsel Department of the West Virginia State Auditor’s Office. He graduated magna cum laude from Marshall University and obtained his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University.
