Shelley Allwang is a Director in NCMEC’s Exploited Children Division. She joined NCMEC in 2005 and has dedicated her career to working on cases, programs, issues and policies in the fight against the sexual exploitation of children. In her current role, she manages the strategic vision and operational growth of the Child Victim Identification Program and oversees all file review, victim identification analysis and content tagging for child sexual abuse material submitted to NCMEC by law enforcement and electronic service providers. Additionally, Shelley manages the collective technology needs and product development for NCMEC’s Exploited Children Division, working with internal and external partners to advance programs and operations through technology. Shelley has presented at various training programs and conferences related to the sexual exploitation of children.
