Preston Findlay is an attorney with the Office of Legal Counsel at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). In this role he provides legal technical assistance and training to law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, private attorneys, victims, survivors, family members, and the public regarding child abductions, child sexual exploitation and trafficking, as well as related prevention programs. He has edited and co-authored several legal and operational guides on child abduction and exploitation. Preston is a former prosecutor and government attorney, admitted to practice law in Texas and Virginia.
