National White Collar Crime Center
Chuck Cohen is a Vice President at the National White Collar Crime Center and a Professor of Practice at Indiana University, serving as an auxiliary detective in its police department. He is a former Indiana State Police Captain with 25 plus years of service and the Intelligence and Investigative Technologies Commander responsible for Cybercrime, Electronic Surveillance, Technical Services, and Internet Crimes Against Children Units, plus overt and covert criminal intelligence. Chuck was Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center Executive Director and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Commander. Chuck speaks on many topics including implications of online social networks in criminal investigations and intelligence gathering, cybercrime, online fraud, money laundering, corruption, and the investigation of skilled criminal offenders. He has trained investigators and analysts on five continents.
