Brittany Hansford

Brittany Hansford is an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, Texas. She is currently Chief of the Vehicular Crimes Unit. Prior to that, she was assigned to the Special Victim's Unit investigating and prosecuting child fatalities, near-fatalities, and serious bodily injury to children under the age of three or children with disabilities. Brittany has been a prosecutor for approximately nine years and has been assigned to many special divisions including domestic violence, vehicular crimes, public integrity, child sexual abuse, and child physical abuse. She attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas where she obtained a degree in Criminal Justice before obtaining her juris doctorate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
