Jolie Marchand is a forensic interviewer with the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. Jolie holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree and has conducted over 1,500 forensic interviews in the span of four plus years, one with DCAC and previously three years with the Alliance For Children’s Advocacy Center. Jolie's role is to conduct investigative interviews of children, ages 2-17, involving allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, child trafficking, homicides, exploitation, kidnapping, and witnessing any other crimes. Jolie's work also includes researching techniques for best practices for conducting interviews, interviewing children/adults with disabilities, and providing expert/witness testimony in court. In Jolie’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her wife and three fur babies, cooking, and reading.
