Michael Margolis is a forensic interviewer with the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center. He holds a Bachelor and Masters degree in Criminal Justice and has conducted over 2,600 forensic interviews in the span of eight years, six years with DCAC and previously two years with the Midland Rape Crisis and Children’s Advocacy Center. Michael's role is to conduct investigative interviews of children, ages 2-17, involving allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, child trafficking, homicides, exploitation, kidnapping, and witnessing any other crimes. Michael's work also includes researching techniques for best practices for conducting interviews, interviewing children/adults with disabilities, and providing expert/witness testimony in court. In Michael’s free time, he enjoys long walks on the beach with his wife, a leisurely swim, and playing ice hockey.
