Carlos Rodriguez is the Chief Program Officer for the International Association of Human Trafficking Investigators. He retired from the Washington State Patrol (WSP) after 27 years of service. He was assigned to the Missing and Exploited Children Task Force for seven years and is considered a subject matter expert on conducting proactive undercover operations. Although he is retired from the WSP, he continues to testify in child exploitation cases and present on the topic around the nation.
