William Wiltse is a retired police officer of 29 years with more than 16 years of experience in the areas of online child exploitation and computer forensics. He has led proactive investigations into the online trading of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and worked with numerous international, federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. He is currently employed by Child Rescue Coalition in Boca Raton, Florida, where he directs the development of software tools targeting those who create and disseminate child abuse imagery over the Internet.
