Turner Forensic Psychology
Darrel Turner is a clinical and forensic psychologist who specializes in sex offense cases and aspects of these cases to include grooming, victim behaviors, offender profiling and interviewing, and risk assessment. He specializes in both contact and non-contact offenders (i.e, CSAM offenders). He has presented across the country and internationally on these topics and has numerous publications in this area. Darrel has recently published the APOD, a checklist that helps to analyze suspect's response patterns in order to help agencies focus resources on more likely suspects and prevent persons who are falsely accused from being unnecessarily pursued. Dr. Turner is frequently retained to help triers of fact understand more complex aspects of child sex offense cases. See his various media appearances at turnerforensicpsychology.com.
