Leading the children's advocacy centers (CACs) and MDT members during the pandemic has allowed for terrific opportunities to explore how we move and lead others. This workshop will discuss the challenges faced by CACs and explore ways we can create resilient organizations while leading change and building trust. Participants will understand the important balance of support and accountability, the impact of secondary traumatic stress specific to CAC leadership, and how to create a team culture of excellence.
