The presenters will discuss the investigative techniques and chatting strategies they utilized to target suspects who were attempting to sexually traffic or purchase children for sex on the Dark Web. The presenters will discuss in detail how they created and utilized an undercover Dark Web website in conjunction with other Dark Web sites, to locate suspects. The presenters will explain the strategies and concepts they used to lure suspects off the Dark Web and onto the Clear Web to successfully identify them prior to their arrest. The presenters will examine seven separate cases they worked on over a three-year span in which they utilized their "Friends of Friends network" concept to arrest suspects from all around the United States, and in the United Kingdom.
