This workshop will discuss the various issues that prosecutors face in the selection of juries in complex cases involving the sexual abuse of a child. Topics such as child abuse dynamics, young witnesses, and lack of medical/physical evidence will be discussed. Participants will learn how to educate juries on these matters starting at the very beginning of a trial.
