Mark Lua was a local high school teacher, who used Instagram to sexually exploit several students he taught. It was learned in the investigation he exploited or attempted to exploit over ten students. Some of the students sent explicit images and two actually met him in person and were sexually assaulted. This case study will discuss the interview tactics, subpoenas, and search warrants that were all used to aid in the prosecution of Lua.
