This presentation will focus on the collaborative efforts from the Homeland Security Investigations, U.S. Secret Service, local partners, and the U.S. Attorney's Office for North Texas to identify and seize the servers hosting the website CXG and the assets derived through forfeiture from the website. The presenters will discuss the methods used to identify the operator and his server location. They will also discuss the subsequent prosecution, financial investigation and seizure, the forensic examination of the servers, the financial analysis, involved restitution issues, and discovery-related matters and issues to consider when seizing volumes of data.
