This presentation will discuss best practices used in interviewing those that wish to sexually exploit children. This is not a stand-alone interview training presentation. It will discuss developing your own investigative process and using best practices while interviewing suspects. Learn from our mistakes and our successes. Topics include team building, initial set-up, personnel issues, interview site selection, investigative techniques, pitfalls to avoid, and identifying areas of improvement. The presentation includes real audio and video examples of suspect interviews.

Upon completion, participants will be better equipped to conduct interviews with subjects that exploit children.
