CSAM prosecutions involving high-profile defendants are becoming more common. Prosecutors and investigators will learn about the unique issues in these cases such as media concerns, charging decisions, ethical obligations, notification requirements, and the importance of bringing in additional agencies to suspend or revoke a suspect's medical license, teaching credentials, or license to practice law. Various case studies will be included.
