Internet social networking and high technology fundamentally changed human behavior and criminal methods. To protect minors, we need fast, flexible, reactive, and informed responses. This includes a continuing effort to examine how high-impact offenders use emerging communications, high technology, cell phones, encryption, mass data, the Dark Web, and social networking tools to victimize children and avoid capture. This presentation will include case studies with the purpose to show effective responses.
