This workshop will discuss all the steps from the initial investigation until the moment of testimony that can be taken by the detective and prosecutor in order to present the strongest case to a jury. A trial is collaborative. Det. Grandy with the Dallas Police Department will detail important considerations during the investigative phase of the prosecution, and Assistant District Attorney Zbolon will discuss what a prosecutor can do to best prepare witnesses, important strategy considerations, and anticipation of defensive theories.
