This presentation centers around the importance of collaboration between family advocates, forensic interviewers, law enforcement, and Child Protective Services on the day of the forensic interview. The discussion will focus on the importance of engaging caregivers and introducing wrap-around services throughout the life of the case. Attendees will walk away with ideas on methods of client engagement, assessing the next seventy-two hours for clients and non-offending caregivers, and painting a picture of hope for families.
