Aundrea Hasty, MHA, BSN, RN Clinical Consultant for ICU Medical. Aundrea is an experienced healthcare professional with a background in medical surgical patient care, leadership, infection prevention, and quality in the acute care setting. She is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others by continual process improvement with a focus on evidence-based, high-quality patient centered care. Aundrea received her ASN and BSN from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA and recently received her MHA from Franklin University in Columbus, OH. In 2019 Aundrea received her Black Belt certification in Quality Process Improvement from Mercer University. Aundrea began her nursing career as a medical/surgical bedside and charge nurse before transitioning into an infection control nurse position for over four years. During her time in Infection Control/Quality she was instrumental in implementing multiple improvement projects that helped improve patient outcomes and was a cost savings for healthcare systems. Aundrea is currently a Nurse Manager in the Columbia, SC area where she has been able to bring her love for quality improvement and patient care back to the bedside staff.
