Leslie Aldridge, BSN, RN has over 28 years of varied nursing experience in critical care, research, nursing administration and work as a clinical instructor. She currently works in Nursing Administration, overseeing the Covid monoclonal antibody infusion clinic, and maintaining the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) for McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, South Carolina. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mrs. Aldridge is a recpient of the 2022 Palmetto Gold Award for Nursing Excellence, an award that honors South Carolina nurses from various practice settings who exemplify excellence in nursing practice and committment to the profession.
