Dr. Kim is a surgeon-scientist with clinical expertise in robotic surgery for urologic cancers, including Retzius-sparing prostatectomy, retroperitoneal partial nephrectomy, and intracorporeal urinary diversion during cystectomy. As a NIH-funded principal investigator (R01-CA258690, R01-CA282022), Dr. Kim has built a multidisciplinary research team that is leveraging artificial intelligence models to improve prostate cancer diagnosis and management.
