I am a urooncologic surgeon. I am also performing basic research regarding molecular biomarker, carcinogenesis, and treatment target of prostate and bladder cancer.

I graduated from Seoul National University, College of Medicine (MD, Feb, 2001), and received PhD degree (June, 2009) at University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea.
After finishing internship, residentship and 2-year fellowship (urooncology and endourology) at the Department of Urology, Asan Medical Center, Seoul, I've been working at the Eulji University Hospital since March 2009. I also worked as a visiting professor at the Department of Urology, UC San Diego, Moores Cancer Center, CA, USA (Mar 2016 - Feb 2017).
Currently, I am a full professor of the Department of Urology and Director of Robotic Surgery Center, Uijeongbu Eulji Medical Center, Eulji University, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
