Elijah Castle, BFA currently works as a research data associate at New York University Langone Health, and is co-chair of the NYU Langone LGBTQ+ Advisory Council. Elijah works in patient-centered research, addressing topics such as patient/provider relationships, knowledge dissemination and health education, the impacts of stigma on provisions of care, and patient-reported outcomes. Starting fall 2022, he will begin a master’s degree in bioethics in NYU’s Global School of Public Health. Previously, he worked in Callen-Lorde’s Health Outreach to Teens (HOTT) program in New York City as a medical case manager. As a testament to Elijah's interdisciplinary approach to his work, he holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in filmmaking from Montclair State University in New Jersey.
