Wake Forest School of Medicine
Ethan Matz, MD is a resident physician affiliated with the Department of Urology at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He is currently a fifth year resident. He spent a year as a postgraduate researcher with the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, under the direction of Dr. John Jackson and Dr. Anthony Atala. His current areas of focus include cellular therapies for correction of erectile dysfunction. Prior to joining Wake Forest, Ethan received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences and medical doctorate from The George Washington University. Prior research efforts involved genetic medicine, airway biology, and alcoholic liver disease.
