Kalon L. Morgan

University of California, Irvine

Kalon graduated from Southern Utah University with a BS in Biology and is currently a 4th-year medical student at Rocky Vista College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has a passion for teaching and discovery, and is working towards a career in academic urology. He is excited about technological advances like artificial intelligence and augmented reality and seeks to develope their applications in the field of urology. His interests also include improving surgeon and patient education using virtual 3D technologies, and desires to improve the way surgeons prepare for and teach their patients about complicated procedures. Kalon is thrilled to be working with revolutionary and visionary urologists at UCI and to play a part in the design and completion of reserach shaping the field of urology. Beyond medicine, Kalon has a passion for the outdoors with extensive experience in the worlds of backpacking, rock climbing, and snowboarding but his greatest adventure has been raising two his sons alongside his wonderful wife.
