Mustufa Babar is a third year medical student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He grew up in Jamaica, Queens before matriculating into Stony Brook University in 2014 where he got a B.S. in Biochemistry. Before starting medical school in 2020, Mustufa spent two years conducting clinical research at DSS Urology in Queens Village, NY where he investigated novel minimally invasive surgical treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Outside of medicine, Mustufa enjoys lifting weights, journaling, and listening to podcasts.
