Roei Golan B.S. is an incoming MS3 at Florida State University College of Medicine. During his summer off, between his first and second year of medical school, Roei strived to learn more about prostate cancer after the loss of his grandfather, whom he was very close to. Roei was fortunate to connect with Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy at the Desai Sethi Urology Institute, where he would study and research prostate cancer under Dr. Himanshu Arora. Roei was also fortunate to become involved in multiple research projects under Dr. Ramasamy and gained a newfound interest in the field of urology. During the AUA 2022 Conference, Roei will be presenting a project he organized studying malpractice lawsuits involving urology trainees.
