My name is Eric Midenberg and I am a research fellow in the Department of Urology at the Emory University School of Medicine. My research interests include urologic oncology and postoperative patient outcomes with an emphasis on the prognostic utility of preoperative body composition parameters. Our work being presented at this conference focuses on the potential influence of sarcopenia on survival outcomes among patients undergoing nephrectomy and IVC tumor thrombectomy for renal cell carcinoma.
