My name is Whitney L Clearwater, MD MPH FACOG. I'm a second year Urogynecology Fellow at Montefiore Medical Center / Albert Einstein College of Medicine. This research is derived from my ongoing fellowship thesis evaluating the role of Pannexin 1 channels in the pathophysiology and treatment of stress induced Bladder Pain Syndrome in an animal model. My interests include chronic pelvic pain, trauma informed care, gender based violence, global health and obstetric fistula.
