As a PhD candidate at Erasmus MC Cancer Institute in Rotterdam (the Netherlands), I am focusing mainly on risk-stratified early detection of prostate cancer. I combine research with clinical tasks like MRI/Ultrasound Fusion Prostate Biopsy and 'prostate consultation' in a primary health care setting. I am also a member of the Anser prostate network research team. Before I started my PhD I worked as a resident-not-in-traning at the department of urology for two years.
