Alana Desai, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Urology at Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her residency and fellowship in Endourology and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Washington University and following fellowship, joined the faculty in 2009. Dr. Desai specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of urolithiasis. Washington University in St. Louis is one of four institutions chosen by the National Institutes of Health to form the Urinary Stone Disease Research Network (USDRN). A new investigator, Dr. Desai serves as the site co-PI for Washington University.
