Dr. Savage is currently Professor and Vice Chairman of Urology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College and medical school at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He did his urology residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and fellowship in minimally invasive urology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He was assistant professor at Mount Sinai Medical Center from 2000-2002, assistant professor at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Cornell University from 2002-2004. He has been on the faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina since 2004. He has been on the AUA Ultrasound faculty since 2007 and is the AUA representative for the American College of Radiology Clinical Appropriateness Committee.
