Helene Jung, MD, PhD, Associate Professor, Hospital Lillebaelt, Vejle, Denmark is a certified endourologist with special expertise in ureterorenoscopic procedures and PCNL. Her primary research focuses on physiology and patophysiology in the upper urinary tract and includes both experimental and clinical studies. Helene Jung has investigated the pressure profiles in the renal pelvis during retrograde intrarenal endoscopy and research is ongoing with regard to upper urinary tract activity and modulation during stone surgery.
