Nishant Patel MD is currently an Assistant Professor in Endourology, BPH and Stone Disease at UVA Health System in Charlottesville, Virginia. He previous practiced for UCLA Health System. He graduated as a fellow in Endourology and Advanced Stone Disease at the Cleveland Clinic under Dr Manoj Monga. Dr Patel completed his urology residency at UCSD Health System in 2016. His clinical research interests include outcomes of MIP PCNL, understanding shared decision making in kidney stone patients, mechanical properties of urologic instrumentation, gender equity in Urology, infectious complications after endourologic procedures and opportunisticutilization of CT imaging.
