Matthew Tollefson, MD is a Professor of Urology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Tollefson specializes in the treatment of urologic malignancies, particularly bladder and prostate cancer. He has a special interest in surgical robotics and using advanced technologies such as deep learning, artificial intelligence and automation to evaluate surgical performance. Dr. Tollefson has authored over 100 studies in the literature and continues to explore studies involving prostate and bladder cancer.
