Amanda C. North, MD

Amanda North, MD, is an Associate Professor of Urology and Director of Pediatric Urology at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore. Dr. North graduated from Princeton University with an AB in religion and received her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After finishing her residency in urology at Montefiore Medical Center, she completed a fellowhsip in pediatric urology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is a graduate of the AUA leadership Program and serves as the AUA Data Committee Chair. Dr. North also serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Section of the AUA. Her research focuses on workforce issues in urology, including physician burnout and gender equity.
